Inception:

When we got our first Mitsubishi EDM machine we did not see much improvement to our production and were temporarily disappointed but we were given a lead to contact Automation Man and inquire about their new software to program the Mitsubishi machines. After a quick demonstration we purchased Inception and had immediate improvements. Since then we have found that the Inception off-line software has given us great flexibility, easy of programming complex set-up with ease, higher levels of productivity, and shorter set-up times. It’s a must have for any Mitsubishi EDM Sinker!

Charmille EDMs ----- Multiple Roboform 200s and Roboform 20s

Inception C+

We have had our Charmilles EDM sinkers for many years and have extensive knowledge of the set-up and programming these machines but after seeing the results we received from Automation Man ’s offline programming software for the Mitsubishi EDM sinkers we had to give Inception C+ a try. After creating a few programs for the Charmilles on the new software we decided to never go back to hand typing them in any more. It now takes about two minutes to program the machines and can get a very sophisticated program with sequenced electrodes in one file.

Inception software is an awesome programming system for sinkers. I have worked in EDM for over 23 years and have yet to see a software so easy and versatile. I’ve used it for a wide range of applications and the ease of use and time savings are second to none. Every shop that runs CNC sinkers would benefit from it.
